Existing clients can contact their dedicated Claims Handler on the direct dial number shown on correspondence sent in connection with the claim. Our Claims Handlers are available Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5.15pm and on Friday from 9am to 4.30pm.
Alternatively, new and existing clients can contact us on Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5.15pm and Friday from 9am to 4.30pm on 01622 356 910, however we cannot guarantee call backs outside of these hours or on weekends.
